Working closely with the client, DCM produced an urban design and landscape assessment for a (now completed) development just outside of central Christchurch. This package included concept plans, rendered illustrations and a strategic assessment for the development site. Considerations were taken for outdoor living spaces, parking and plenty of landscaping opportunities.
