Central Campus Landscape Improvements, Dunedin

Working with Jacobs, Calibre and Mike Moore Landscape Architects, we were charged by the University of Otago to prepare concept plans, detailed design documents and oversee construction works within the central area of the Dunedin campus. The project area contains and borders some of New Zealand's most iconic university buildings and spaces.  Landscape Concept plans and illustrations were prepared as the first stage of this project, working closely with University Staff, for the purpose of gaining approval from the University Council prior to commencing detailed design.

Extensive areas of paving have been installed, accessibility improved through the campus, installation of artwork, and planting of over 5,000 native and exotic plants in a mix of rain gardens and planters.  The project was completed at the start of 2017.
